Bill Thrall

Bill Thrall is a mentor, author, and guide to leaders who desire to move beyond performance-based influence and into a leadership rooted in trust, identity, and grace. For more than forty years, Bill has coached senior executives, ministry leaders, and teams around the world, helping them discover how living from who God says they are can transform every relationship and environment they touch.

Bill is the co-founder of Trueface, a leadership formation ministry dedicated to helping people experience the freedom of authentic trust. He is co-author of several widely respected books, including The Ascent of a Leader, The Cure, TrueFaced, and High Trust Cultures, which have shaped thousands of leaders in how they understand character, culture, and influence.

Throughout his career, Bill has walked closely with CEOs, founders, business owners, and leadership teams, guiding them into vulnerable, courageous relationships where trust becomes the foundation for flourishing. His teaching invites leaders to move from managing impressions to experiencing genuine connection — where identity fuels influence and grace becomes the environment for growth.

Bill and his wife, Grace, live in Phoenix, Arizona. They have three children, nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren who continue to be one of Bill’s greatest joys and teachers of love.
